Hi Without doctors advise it's not recommended to take any multi-vitamins on our own... And multi vitamins are given in case of any problems associated..like say for example body pains, leg pains, cramps, weakness, fatigue  etc.. Without any above mentioned symptoms or problems...there's no necessity as such to go for multi vitamins and take them just like that... When there's proper cause and requirement then should take them certainly that too with doctor advise... Otherwise you should always depend on diet ..through well balanced home based diet only you should get all the nutrients..
Next Steps
please take doctor's advise and proceed accordingly... and beware of taking supplements in your own as there's so much of long term risks associated with it... thankyou

Hi Its not clear but I ll give you the list off vitamin which are well absorbed by the body. 1) multivitamin should be non synthetic, it should be natural. 2) If you go for the synthetic you should check vitamin b6 form if it has pyridoxal 5 - phosphate it will be absorbed but if has pyridoxine HCl which is not active form.of vitamin b6 and is not absorbed. 3) For synthetic brand check for vitamin B12 form it should be methylcobalamin is active form and cyanocobalamin is cheaper version. 4) amino acid which is termed as a Chelate they are absorbed much better in body and help minerals to absorb in our body. 4 to 5 times in a week you can have muti vitamin  that is not an issue.

If you are having a balanced diet and don’t have any vitamin or mineral deficiencies, then taking additional supplements is not necessary. Do not take any supplements beyond 3 months. Your body needs to get all essential nutrients through natural food and some of them are also synthesised by your body. Taking supplements can make your body less efficient in synthesising them as you are training your body to believe that it is anyways going to receive nutrients externally. Contact me personally so that I can guide you in detail about these.
