Weight loss within a month.
I have a weight loss of 5 kg in this month. I have acid reflux problem and due to this I reduced my diet and calories intake. I just eat 4-5 chapattis this very less sabji or with only milk in whole day and moong khichadi only. (Almost 1000-1200 calories per day).
Now I have noticed that I have lost 5 kg weight.
I have some swelling in my back of throat and I consulted to ent doctor for this. But doctor said that it is nothing to worry and only pharyngitis. I was worried that it may be a serious problem but doctor said its nothing.
So I am worried about the reason for my weight loss. Is it change and reducing my diet?
My weight was 56-57 kg and now it is 52-53. And I'm 19 years old and slightly active.
