How to be sure if someone is gluten intolerant? I'm diagnosed as Pre-Diabetic and I already have hypothyroidism since 4-5 years. I feel I'm gluten intolerant but does that mean I need to completely cut off gluten foods such as wheat? Or I can have in some amounts?
