In day to day life there is less intake of protein and other vitamins also I excercise daily after workout I feel less active .. please suggest some vitamins and supplements should I take ... There is alot multivitamin and gummes people suggesting online which one should I take ?

Include any 1 seasonal fruit everyday in your diet. 100-200gm of any seasonal fruit everyday is enough to get the vitamins and minerals. Fresh fruits not only contain vitamins and minerals they also contain other important nutrients like fiber, anti oxidants, moisture which helps in managing and preventing a lot of diseases. They also help in better skin and hair when taken regularly. Instead of a pill that contains synthetic compounds and lot of side effects that lead to dangerous diseases, fresh fruits are the best to take for a healthy life. Thank you
