Can I take herbal life shake and protein while breastfeeding.. I have started soilds for my baby., however I feed him once or twice in a day.. Please help me out..

Don't take herbal life. Take high fibre diet plan and walking two times daily. Before prescribing diet plan I need to know proper information like urs medical history Family history etc. Contact me through practo direct consultation for further information surely help you in a better way.

Hello, Taking any kind of supplement and pills is not advisable. Also, since you are breast feeding taking supplements can hinder or effect the baby. Taking natural food rich in protein will be helpful like sprouts, paneer, soyabean, curd/buttermilk, egg whites, chicken (roasted/grilled/boiled)
