Deficiency of Vitamin B12, Vitamin D

I was hcomplete blood test, And found that I am having deficiency of Vitamin B12, which is 70 ( Normal range 180-911) Vitamin D OH , which is 27.8 ( Normal Range 30-100) And also increased triglycerides level , 199.8 ( normal rangeaving pain in my body parts from last many days, back pain, thigh pain, legs pain, shoulder pain. I visited ortho doctor, he suggested for < 150) Kindly advice regarding my diet. And ortho doctor suggested me to take weekly injection. And daily suppliment. Is it mandatory to take injection and suppliment? Is it not possible with the help of diet? Please advise
