I was covid positive on april 21st ..it's been 2 months I still feel weakness and tiredness.. can u pls suggest any liquid suppliment to recover frm it and regain strength

Due to covid weakness and tiredness occurs ,so food that increase immunity boost  food in your diet , can take smoothies in morning and snacks time ,take protein rich food in your diet take your meal as combination from like you are taking milk with Almonds , berries and also you can take seeds smoothies and add Clove ,black paper ,basil leaves in your diet.

Greetings for the day!!    Start with Resource High Protein or Ensure plus- 2 scoops in 100 ml water or milk 2 times daily. Also include egg whites, pulses, legumes, paneer, chicken, fish regularly. Make sure your diet should be rich in protein. Include fish, eggs, chicken in your daily meal plan.. Also to include millets and grains.. Have Barley water with lemon juice added, this helps to fight weakness.. Keep yourself hydrated

Include protein in diet. Have more liquid in form of sattu Ragi Porridge soups added with Moringa powder . Can start Cheena or Paneer or Millets in diet. Consult me on practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan
