I have weighed 154kgs at my peak weight and after almost 3 years of rigorous dieting , consistent caloric deficit and fad diets I needed up losing 74kgs of weight and my weight was stabilised at 80-82kgs for a span of 2 years. I was eating very low calories , having hair fall and general fatigue issues. I ended up gaining 35 kgs in the past 1.5 years due to binge eating and stress induced eating issues. I am working hard since the past 7 months now , strength training along with cardio but I have seen my body lose not a kg , even cycling calories from as low as 1500 to 2200 have had no changes.
How difficult should the rebound weight loss journey be ?
Could this be metabolic adaptation and if yes what pace of progress should I be looking at towards weightloss ?

Counting calories and calorie deficit diet are the worst for weight loss. No wonder there is a rebound weight gain and severe side effects like hair fall.
You need a Nutritional Medicine approach, which means food as medicine to help you treat, reverse and prevent obesity from a medical point of view.
