Can I eat broccoli everyday or 2-3 times in a week . I took that at bed time which really helped me in constipation . So I wanted to know is it safe to take before 1hr or 30 minutes before sleep . It really worked for constipation.

Yes u can take in evening snacks time also like steamed form , as a roasted from with one teaspoon olive oil and also you can take vegetable form.
