Advice to take Brocolli
Can I eat broccoli everyday or 2-3 times in a week . I took that at bed time which really helped me in constipation . So I wanted to know is it safe to take before 1hr or 30 minutes before sleep . It really worked for constipation.

Yes  u can take in evening snacks time also like steamed form ,  as a roasted from with one teaspoon olive oil and also you can take  vegetable form. You can also connect me for constipation  customised  diet plan. You will get good result definitely.

yes you can take but if thyroid is there at time avoid broccoli. yes you can take...before sleep in the form of soup.

Hello , Yes you can eat broccoli as per your suitability. But being a dietitian i will suggest you to take it in rotation . You should also try to take some other fibrous foods in your diet.

Greetings for the day!!   Yes, you can consume broccoli regularly. Not just broccoli all vegetables will help relieve constipation except roots and tubers. It is due to the fiber present in them. So you can also try including greens and other vegetables in your diet. Thank you
