Hi Doctor, Last week,my mother-in-law had suffered brain stroke.She is hypertensive and diabetic as well since 12 years...And after stroke,she is having more weakness on left side of her body..Please suggest what should be her basic diet..especially what foods to avoid completely and what foods would help her to recover or give strength.The concerned neurologist has just told to avoid meat/salt and sugar.Could you please help more on this..
