Hi Doctor, Last week,my mother-in-law had suffered brain stroke.She is hypertensive and diabetic as well since 12 years...And after stroke,she is having more weakness on left side of her body..Please suggest what should be her basic diet..especially what foods to avoid completely and what foods would help her to recover or give strength.The concerned neurologist has just told to avoid meat/salt and sugar.Could you please help more on this.. Thank you.

Hi I am 34 yrs old with 2 yr son. I am 89 kg and unable to loose weight at all. I can't hit gym since I have to take care for the 2yr old son. Doing regular exercise at home. Avoiding junk foods also. And also to update u that I don't have thyroid or diabetic. So please suggest is there any medicine which I can use to loose weight. Thanks in advance.
