Hi, I have a skin disorder (Lichen Planus). It is considered as an autoimmune disease by some and I have read there is an Auto Immune Protocol diet. I am in Jaipur and want to try it out. Is there a AIP diet expert I can connect in-person with?

I've been consuming amway plant protien, 3 servings (30grams) of which gives me 24grams of protien. But the concern is that it contains soy protein isolate (86%), wheat protien (10%), pea protien (7.5%). And everyone is saying that soy is not safe for men and that it leads to increased estrogen levels in body and there are other side effects too. Shall I continue taking this product or not?
