I have had loose motion 1 week ago for 2-3 days then after that it was controlled and from that time till now I am having digestive issues whenever i take food my body unable to digest and in an hour or 1.30 minutes I had to go to washroom for poop but I do not have loose motion now but it is also effecting . Can anyone tell what should I eat in order to get my digestive system working in order to keep my body healthy.
