About vitamins I need
Hi, I'm vegetarian and i often get vitamin b12 and d3 deficiency so i take injections and tablets for some days and again after some weeks those vitamins again tank down and i get week and energyless so can i take daily vitamin pills... And which vitamin pill suits my age and prblm

Tablet vitamin b 12 is not good to take on the daily basis as it is bad for health. You need to control b12 tablet and injection . Avoid stress . You need proper meal to eat

No ,u need some rules like change ur diet pattern, lifestyle  , avoid stress,add natural food in ur diet . Take morning sun bath for 30 min . Need more information about u so connect me through practo for diet plan, u will get good result definitely.
