Hello good evening Yes you can take twice a day in morning and evening because it is a anti-oxidant. It improves brain function, held for weight loss, lowers the risk of heart disease. If you are overweight so you can take daily 2 cups a day & If not so once a time is enough. It depends on your body.If you will be taking more than twice it will cause headache, vomit, diarrhea, dizziness and even fatal.

All depend as per your requirement, excess is not good. Though green tea is good to boost up your immune system but sometimes it leads to acidity too. So you can choose once in a day, if you don’t have any medical issues
