I am pcod patient and following diet recommended by Dr.
But whenever i followed diet, after period end 5th day srarted brown discharge. It remains for 5 to 6 days.
Why am i bleeding. Is it serious concern?
From whom to consult nutrition or gynecologist.
If you help me pls help.
