Hello, PCOD is a condition related to imbalance in the hormones. This imbalance could lead to an increase in your body weight. It is good that you are already doing your hour of exercise. But along with exercise, diet also plays a major role. Food to be included are, the whole grain cereals and pulses, that is the complex carbohydrates. 1st class proteins coming from low fat animal products, and fats coming from the invisible sources, that is from the nuts and oil seeds. Foods to be avoided are the processed foods, that includes maida, the simple sugars, bakery items, the high fat animal products, and also fats coming from the visible sources, that includes oils, butter, ghee, etc. Have in-between meals that is dividing the major meals from 3 to 5-6. This would help stimulate the metabolism thus reduce the conversion of nutrients into fats and reduce the weight gain.
