Gud afternoon yes of course it's very Much essential to have a healthy whole some balanced meals that too on proper time,try to do some strength n muscle gaining cardio workout or yoga for overall growth n development.Yes u can have aswagandha pwd but not daily 4days in a week by adding with milk or soymilk or almond milk 1hr before going to sleep.
