Acidity and gas, bloating, heaviness
I often feel the urge to eat junk, fried, spicy food, chips, fries, etc everything that doesn't go well with my digestive health. I often suffer from acid reflux and need to get medicines after injections. Despite knowing that it harms my health u am unable to control.my urge to eat. Is this some kind of disorder or I just lack control. Also, despite taking fruits, dry fruits, curd, dal, rice, vegetables; I often suffer from malnutrition. Vitamin D is low always. Haemoglobin etc everything is low. Alos suffer from thyroid issues and all this has resulted in loss in career and studies due to which I suffer from extreme stress. Currently I am on several medications for stress, thyroid, spondilitis and more...what should be my ideal diet. Also suffer from cholestrol issues.

My Dear, U are facing multiple lifestyle diseases and to be honest only one culprit has to be addressed and that is stress. Try to engage urself in some work, distract yourself from trivial issues and just follow balanced diet. The improvement is definite.
