Hi dear, how healthy is foods depends how you prepare it. If chicken fried rice is prepared with lots of vegetables and boiled chicken added to it it's good for health and you can have it once a week.
Also make a point to avoid added color and ajinomoto in fried rice. These contains chemical which are harmful for our body.
