Hi doctors Wanna know when is the best time to eat Nuts and bananas for better absorption into our body I meant shall I take it before doing work or after doing it, as am in process of weight gain for your information. Thank you in advance

After exercise if we take banana or banana shake with nuts it will help you to weight gain. So take it after the workout

Gud evening pls try to have it post work out.Pls try to maintain a healthy lifestyle routine with proper exercise,balanced diet,adequate water intake,proper sleep in night n stress reduction do yoga or meditation for 20mins in evening.
