When should we eat Fiber and Protein?
When should we eat Fiber and Protein? What is the ideal time to eat fiber and protein? I understand that these 2 foods are going to take long time to digest. Have tried some foods and it delays the digestion time. But I see it changes the food timing cycle and sleep cycle. If I eat these in breakfast, it's delaying lunch time. If I eat these in lunch, it's delaying dinner time. If I eat this at dinner, it's delaying the breakfast time of next day. This makes me difficult to return back to the usual food cycle that I followed. Or is it the combination of fiber or protein along with rice that's delaying the digestion time? So should we avoid rice when we eat Fiber or protein?

Fibre and protein both shud b taken in all 3 meals of your routine. Make sure you r drinking enough water may b bcz of less water these things r not getting digested well. Also keep in mind that u r not overeating... If u will take everything in limited portion there shud b no problem. No need to avoid rice... Just keep track of portion size and water intake
