Hi doctor I am feeling very exhausted and tired in the evening after work. It seems like I have not taken lunch and breakfast but I am doing that. I am feeling the same from last 4 to 5 months, while leaving the office I am feeling like omit will come. Could you please suggest something so that I can feel energetic and at least not feel tired

My age is 22, I lost weight of 9 kg. From 87kg to 78kg in three months. I didn't done any extra workouts for that I will just go for walking. But I changed the staying place, on that day onwards I am loosing weight.

Excessive weight gain

In past 2 years , I have put on 20kgs of weight. Now my current weight is 98kg . I have controlled my diet and do not take sugar in any form. Instead of that I take sugar free but the weight has stopped increasing but there is no weight loss at all. Can anyone suggest me good diet chart as my office hours are odd for gym.
