I wanna loose atleast 20 kg weight .my target is to loose in 6 months. I have no diseases history. My weight is 115 kg and height 5 feet and 9 inches

Eat small frequent meals. Start walk for 15 mins frst. Have liquids water,lemonade,coconut water. Add light veg(ghiya,tinda,petha,tori) or paneer(2/week)with 2vchapati ,chicken roasted 2 leg pcs with veg salad in dinner. Do this small change frst for 15 days.
