Nutrition plan obesity re

Hi I'm 22 yrs old, 175cm,80kgs. I would like to have a ideal body weight, currently I'm eating breakfast(one banana, 2 boiled eggs, 1 full glass of milk) lunch (3 chapathis with oil less vegetable curry ) dinner (150gm curd, with groundnuts and almonds). Is this diet is good for my health, if not please give me a diet plan. How much weight do I need to reduce and how many months will it take. I use to have 6-7hrs sleep, early morning 6-7 running and experiences and from 7-8 swimming. I am doing a software job. Please help me with this. Thanks and regards in advance. 😃
