My weight was nearly 88 kg nearly month ago,i started to eat very less and sheded nearly 7kg in a month,now I started to feeling week,uponchecking my glucose level after 2 hours of meal it came out to be 75-80,is it low,if it's low is this temporary effect or permanent,how to get out of it,im feeling energyless and not able to concentrate.

Hello, I went through your query, this level of blood suger levels after 2hrs of food is too less... (even though not enough to cause hypoglycemia). What type of diet you are following? Did you consult any dietician? Are you taking any hypoglycemic pills? Please come back with details... Or else visit dietician in person.
