Diet for PCOD

Hi, I am 26yrs and affected with PCOD since last 1year. Recently i joined a gym to stay physically active and they have suggested me a diet chart that suggests me to have Peanut butter with brown bread as breakfast in the evening/morning amongst other. So I just wanted to ask, is it healthy to consume peanut butter most days a week? I googled and found that it contains Aflatoxin which might cause liver cancer. Could you please suggest? Now I'm a little afraid to have it.
