In your reports your vit D is less for that you can have Uprise D3 60 k once in a week. For other parameters which are fluctuating you need to have a personalised consultation keeping in mind your height, weight, age and Medical history a personalised diet plan shall be given. But other than that you may have a balanced diet like less oil should be there. Avoid fried items and outside junk food.

Hi Few of parameters are slightly out of normal range. But these can be better correlated with symptoms she is facing, complete history and reason for undergoing these tests. It is important to correlate these with test result. Take consultation from medicine specialist may be review visit or second opinion.

Need to correlate these reports with patients history.  It will be too early to comment on these reports. Is she on any diet? Is she on any suppliments ? Medication history? Your doctor can guide you regarding the same. For diet as well detail history is  necessary. If necessary you can contact me through this platform for diet related issues. Take care.

Hi From the blood reports it shows cholesterol is high, slight vitamin D deficiency and inflammation in the body. Take healthy diet, more of deep coloured fresh fruits and vegetables, and whole grain foods that have fiber. Cut down on foods rich in sugar, fat, refined flour and salt. Keep your self hydrated
