Regarding my blood reports
I had all kinds of blood tests done online. I need a proper diet plan and advice on how to recover. Since I live alone and am a working professional, I don't have much time to prepare many things. Additionally, I am a vegetarian. Please suggest something. Thank you.

Tips for maintaining above levels : • Increase Fiber Intake: Aim for at least 25-30 grams of fiber per day. Soluble fiber, found in oats, fruits, vegetables, and legumes, is particularly effective at lowering LDL cholesterol. • Exercise Regularly: Physical activity can help raise HDL cholesterol and lower LDL cholesterol. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise per week. • Maintain a Healthy Weight: Losing excess weight can help lower cholesterol levels. • Limit Alcohol Intake: Excessive alcohol can raise cholesterol and triglyceride levels. If you drink, do so in moderation (up to one drink per day for women and up to two drinks per day for men).
Next Steps
Always consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Health Tips
By following these dietary guidelines and making healthy lifestyle choices, individuals can effectively manage their cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.
