I wanted to loose my weight and fat which is gathered in whole body I wanted a good and lean physique by cutting all the fat which gathered in chest abdominal and also wanted to cut the love handles so I wanted to know about the "Diet & Nutrition" plan for this purpose so that I can loose fat and being a fit and fast boy fat is directly proportional to lassiness.

I am girl of height 181 cm and weight 50 kg. I am a marfan syndrome patient. Also having hypothyroidism(thyronorm 25).mine is a mild case of marfan syndrome. My dr proscribed no treatment or medicine for me and he said me to lead a natural life. But i am very skinny. I consumed protein powder for last 4 months. I tried every way to gain weight. I include some protein in my diet still not a bit changed. How can i gain weight. Can i gain weight. What can i do to gain weight?

I am taking ORS daily is that fine ? Does it have any side effects How many we can take in a week? Please let me know .
