Today I visited my ortho doctor and explained regarding my knee problem. He diagnosed it as Chondromalacia patella(runners knee) and prescribed accordingly. He asked me to stand and touch my feet, and asked me to sit on the floor. Later he said that, "You are too weak for your body built".
Can you please guide me how to solve this body built problem.
My age is 32, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 70kg weight.
Do you think I am underweight. And still wondering what does it mean by, " too weak for my body built"
Please guide
