Hai, Good evening, Deficiency doesn't mean lower than the normal level it also mean higher than the normal level. In both cases the function of the nutrient will get affected.

Normal range is 160 pg/ml to 950 pg/ml .so 100 pg /ml is any how deficient.

Gud morning, if b12 level is lower than the normal level it's called deficient as well as whn it's higher than the normal level thts also called deficient. In order to balance it pls have a healthy balanced meal, b12 rich in animal food items such as mutton liver.
