Low Bp from last 15 days ( 80/40)
My bp has been low from last 15 days. Last 10 days ago it's 90/40. But today it's 80/40. Which diet should I add to improve my bp. Plz tell . I m just 21 years old

Hello, Good afternoon, At first to avoid giddiness, have a glass of buttermilk with salt or lemon juice with salt to normalize your BP level.

As you are young and if you don't have any previous medical issues, then no need to worry about this. Just take normal salt in your meals. But if this occurs repeatedly don't ignore, its better to consult a physician. It might also depends on your region's climatic condition and your lifestyle.

Your level of sodium chloride and other mineral may be fluctuating Discuss with phyician or a Dietician they will be able to tell the exact root cause of the problem This much information not help out

Gud afternoon pls consult general physician at first for detecting it's underlying reason for which bp is low, a proper healthy balanced diet needs to be taken. Take 1glass of lemon with salt added water to bring it to normal level.
