Have muscle pain
I do exercise on daily basis like running walking...sometime yoga skipping also. For past few days i am having muscle aches. No other health issue. I m fit. Which protein powder is good for women muscle strengthening.

Muscle aches could be due to magnesium, calcium or protein deficiency. For magnesium you can add cocoa powder or dark chocolate in diet . Ragi is best source of calcium, you can have it as porridge. For proteins you can have natural whey water, cottage cheese or lean meat
