I do exercise on daily basis like running walking...sometime yoga skipping also. For past few days i am having muscle aches. No other health issue. I m fit.

Muscle aches could be due to magnesium, calcium or protein deficiency. For magnesium you can add cocoa powder or dark chocolate in diet . Ragi is best source of calcium, you can have it as porridge. For proteins you can have natural whey water, cottage cheese or lean meat
