Heavy bust gvs back pain

I am 30 yrs old unmarried, I'm overweight height 5" n weight is 72kg and suffering with osteoarthritis. I have heavy bust 42 D which causes pain in my back. I can't do most exercises like aerobic, jogging especially it hurts my knee joint, there is constantly pain my knees..how I can cure my condition please advise.

I checked my sugar it was 240 shockingly the only syptom was weight loss of 4 kg then i took medicine and precaution my hba1c was 14 now after 2 days my fasting was 110 Plz give me the precaution which i take!! And do i have diabetes

Weight Problems

My Son is 20 Months old however he is not gaining weight. I have consulted other Doctors but they have same answer that weight can be only increased by only proper Food & Diet. No medicine or supplement can help to increase weight. My Son's diet is normal, he eats everything approx 5-6 times ( 3 times milk n 3 time eating). Kindly advice if any thing can be done in this matter. I am eager to consult to you. Please assist.

I need a nutritionist

I need a nutritionist in south bombay with knowledge of cleanses and detoxes etc. Because i'm a 27 year old fellow and i've had a very bad lifestyle my whole youth, I met a nutritionist from america recently randomly and we were talking about my myriad of minor problems and he told me that my lymphatic system is a mess and so is my kidney and adrenal system and he said to visit a herbal nutritionist as soon as possible to help me get my body functioning optimally! He said i need to attack these problems while i'm young and make lifestyle changes so that i don't suffer in the future. Prevention is better than cure so i'm really keen on finding a nutritionist who understands all this stuff, I don't want the kind of people who recommend pills because i prefer to avoid pills and supplements as much as possible. I would like to gain my nutrition from eating right.

Lack of sleep/ Insomnia

My routine is getting shifted day after day. Since the last 3-4 months i have become imsomniac. Situation is so critical that after staying awake whole night i generally go to bed at 9am because sleep does not come before. As a result i am suffering from many other problems such as indigestion, cough and cold lack of energy to do work. I am getting to bed at 10pm but still not getting a night's sleep. I am very anxious and it's affecting my personal life very much. Please help.

Hyper elastic skin

Hi, Background: When I was 18, I weighted about 82 kgs. Then I went to hostel and lost a lot of weight (due to bad mess food). I started gymming 2 years back while in hostel itself. Problem: I am having loose skin on my body. When i go to gym regularly for 5-6 months, i am able to build decent muscles with reduced loose/elastic skin. But after that even if I skip gym for 10 days, I have lost muscle mass very fast, to the extent that I become skinny. And then again, the elastic skin appears and i appear weak. My question is weather there is a problem with my skin being elastic ( is this some inherited condition like Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or due to loss of weight). Also, why am i losing muscle mass so rapidly given that i eat eggs and take protein supplement after the workout. Is it because of the possible hyper elastic skin ?? Any suggestion on what should be done would be quite helpful. Thanks

Prediabetic & Fatty Liver

Hi, I was diagnoised as Fatty Liver Type 2 on 1st June 2016 ,overweight of 88km(Height 5 feet 2 inch)and also prediabetic as fasting reading was 110,post breakfast reading was normal.I had already started jogging since mid May..and now have lost just about 3 kgs.But diesting side I am not getting the proper guidance,Can you suggest me proper diet chart for weight loss? Or shall I take any more precaution?
