My mother has Hb around 6.8 and she has blood glucose 130(fasting) & 200 after. She feel whole body weakness and tiredness whole day even after lunch n dinner. Please give me suggestion to improve in Hb level ASAP with required medicine n diet.

I am suffering from hypothyroidism and day by day my weight is gaining don't know why. For dinner I use to take oats milk with sugar free or fruit bowl. I am taking medicine eltroxin 100mg.
