Indigestion problems

Hi doctor, I am unable to have a follow up with Dr. Huda Shaikh further. She has advised to take Ajwain with warm water before going to bed for indigestion problems. Not sure about the right way to take that whether grinding Ajwain as powder and mixing it along with water or raw as chewing it. Plz help me out. Kindly advice me if there is any other way to improve better digestion and to have regular bowel movements.

Bulimia nervosa

I have realised I am bulimic for past 3 years. I have tried to control it overtime but it has varies in phases. It is causing me diet problems, constant acidity and belching. Also I cannot eat and enjoy food without fear or guilt of bulimia. It effects my mood also anxiety. Binge eating and purge cycles are causing strain in my routine also.

Overweight and obese

I am about 5 feel 3 inches tall and abt 78 kgs..:(..I would like to know some easy tips to lose my weight..As I am working, I can't go out for gym/yoga and if I stop I gain more weight quickly...Basically I need one diet plan that I can follow regularly with ease and most importantly WITHOUT STOPPING!! I am a non-vegetarian...I love tasty food only:(...Cannot have raw vegetables..Fruits,corn are ok for me..Can stay away from chat items, pizza etc..Like all kind of variety rice,biriyanis,chicken,fish etc..Cant be w/o idly/dosas...I cannot skip tea in the morning and milk @ night...I am not sure if for a person like me, a diet plan can even exist..But still posting this question out of curiosity...Please see if anyone can help..Just FYI, am on medication for my kidney stones(10 mm and 5 mm)...

Overweight

Sir, I am overweight as per my age. I want to lose my weight and be fit.I am determined towards my exercise but I am having problems towards deciding my diet.I am also telling you my diet routine so it could be evaluated by you. I generally don't have my breakfast and directly have lunch during afternoons. In the evening I have a cup of tea and then directly dinner. I consume a huge amount of junk food and oily foods. And also many people have advise me to drink honey and warm lemon water empty stomach so is it good or I am wasting my time.sir I request you to kindly acknowledge my message and give your expertise regarding my diet. I hope of getting a proper diet chart from you. Also I am a pure vegetarian. Thank you
