I am 5'2" and weigh 51 kgs but my tummy area is not flat. It paunches out and this problem rises with passing day. I do 30 minutes treadmill daily, eat salads, paneer, whey protein and roti only in afternoon... How can i attain a flat belly?

Along with cardio exercise also do some strength training and floor exercises that focus on tummy area like ab crunches, leg rotation, air cycling and yoga breathing like kapalbhati. That should help
