Excess of vitamins
I usually take lemon water on empty stomach daily in the morning.. What happens if we take excess of C vitamin..?

Lemon water is good but not in every weather. Avoid honey and lemon too its having lots of side effects.

Hai, vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin there is no harm if you take it through diet. It will be sufficient for your body and harmless unless you take extra dose of supplements in the form of tablets.Any extra vitamin C will simply be flushed out of your body in your urine.

Hello! It's OK to have lemon water every morning. It will detox you. Vit.C is a water soluble vitamin. Excess of it will pass through urine. If you don't have allergies or other medical issues then you can continue your habit. Wish you good health.
