Detox water for morning
Should I mix aloe vera juice and  lemon juice and raisin water and drink in morning? Is there any side effects to mix together or it's a good detox water.

Detoxification can happen with simple lukewarm water also. But you can add lime and aloe vera juice to it. Raisin water you can have by itself. But other than this Lead a healthy lifestyle , eat healthy and stay active. Detoxification is not only about having different types of waters. It's a lot more than that.

Hello, Sufficient hydration throughout day  itself detoxify your  whole body. In the mornings empty stomach just have 1to max 2  glass plain lukewarm water is also enough to detoxification. You can have water of  lemon, alovera,  mint  individual.  For detoxification  taking 1-2 glass per day is not enough.  For complete detoxification you have to add many  foods and remove many foods from the diet. As well as have to do regular exercise, take 7-8 hrs of undisturbed sleep at night and need to manage your stress , physical exertion  with the help of Vipashana and your hobby activities. You can have lukewarm water with soaked chia seeds 2 tsf and juice of half lemon in it. The entire concoction should be taken around 250 ml

Just filtered Luke warm water 1 or 2 glasses itself does detox very well. The herbs can be added as per what particular issues you are trying to address.
