Should I mix aloe vera juice and lemon juice and raisin water and drink in morning? Is there any side effects to mix together or it's a good detox water.

As a dietitian, I must advise against mixing aloe vera juice, lemon juice, and raisin water together without proper knowledge of their individual effects and potential interactions. While each ingredient may offer certain health benefits when consumed separately, combining them in this manner could lead to unpredictable reactions and possibly upset your digestive system. Additionally, excessive intake of aloe vera juice may cause diarrhea and stomach discomfort
Next Steps
Always consult a dietitian for personalized advice on detoxification or dietary changes.

Detox waters are a great source of antioxidants that we can consume daily. It's worth noting that all the ingredients used are herbal and there is no harm in mixing them together.
Health Tips
Go for herbal teas, turmeric, gum kateera, chia seeds for the change.
Detoxification can happen with simple lukewarm water also. But you can add lime and aloe vera juice to it. Raisin water you can have by itself.
