Actually the concept is taking lukewarm water with lemon which breaks the fat and reduces obesity.  Don't add honey or sugar it worsens the condition

Hi thanks for your query. There is no science behind this but I found three are people who are benefitted by this. Lemon is an antioxidant & better absorption while taking with water. So you can continue. I may get long term effect
