I drink very less water in a day.i don't feel an urge for water intake. I hardly take an liter in a day.
I know I should drink more. Can this cause kidney stone when I am 36-37 years old? Can this become a habit?
I need help.

Healthy morning,
Not drinking enough water can make you very ill . Severe dehydration can lead to dizziness and collapse.
If not drinking water can cause an overall fluid loss in the body . This fluid loss can lead to decreased in blood volume that puts excess pressure on the heart to deliver oxygen and nutrients to the organ , including muscles
Take adequate water intake 3- 3.5 lit / day
