Hi welcome - you need to check your haemoglobin level. Also start taking more iron rich foods like green vegetables. Spinach, greens, fenugreek, broccoli, beet. Carrot, all gourds,. Fruits all types like berries, guavay, papayas, avocados. Apricot, mostly citrus fruits. Needless to say to add all dairy foods , yogurts, curd, panner etc. Sleep 8 hrs, drink more water with lemon.
Well we need to check your hb to see your anemic status...i need to examine you.. probably its because of your anemic that yiu are feeling fatigue, tired or breathlessness....it's better you consult a physician so that we can start syrup or tablet.. thank you
