Hi welcome - you need to check your haemoglobin level. Also start taking more iron rich foods like green vegetables. Spinach, greens, fenugreek, broccoli, beet. Carrot, all gourds,. Fruits all types like berries, guavay, papayas, avocados. Apricot, mostly citrus fruits. Needless to say to add all dairy foods , yogurts, curd, panner etc. Sleep 8 hrs, drink more water with lemon.

Hai, If it is just your feeling, then stay positive firstly and go for a health check up immediately so that you depend on the results rather than simply getting tensed for your health. Stay physically active and have balanced diet. Let me know the results of your reports so that I can further suggest you something
