Hi Well balanced home based diet always, healthy lifestyle, good night sleep, drinking more water around to 2 to 3 litres as it's hot weather everywhere now..can also have coconut water, Barley water, ORS ( if necessary for some period only) , buttermilk and sabooodana water through out summers and later on you can drink Buttermilk regularly irrespective of any season and is the safest and healthiest drink that can be consumed in all seasons... For weakness you can also consume raisins , sweet potato kheer, dates , nuts, seeds, vegetable juices, lots of whole natural foods in your daily diet, milk and milk products, and also to consume good amount of complex carbs, proteins and fats in your daily diet... If possible have rice at dinner for sometime to notice any difference in your weakness levels.. And for breakfast you can also have overnight soaked rice for 12 to 16 hours in water and have that rice by draining the water the next day morning with curd and banana...for some period...till your weakness completely subsides... This is also called fermented rice that has developed resistant starch ( a third type of fibre) that is most healthy and very beneficial and also rich in all nutrients and a very healthy option for one who is suffering from chronic weakness and fatigue... So you can definitely help give it a try ...with the overnight soaked fermented rice.. Rest and relax and stress less if possible and have a good night sleep and consume all seasonal fruits and vegetables liberally and adequately Consume good amount of carbohydrates, protein and fats also in your daily diet... Drink plenty of water... Thankyou

Please get an overall medical test done. You have to check to understand if it's because of some underlying issues like low hemoglobin, low vitamin b12 or D, thyroid issues etc. Once you identify the root cause, you can focus on specific nutrition intake to take care do the situation.
Health Tips
Do not take any products or supplements without identifying the underlying issue.
