I am unable to lose weight despite following proper diet and exercise. Also, my feet and legs are frequently swollen and there is visible swelling in my arms also.

Hi..ur weight according to height should be around 50kg Pls let me know what exactly diet n exercise u r following Tips: Have small meals at regular intervals Follow good timing..like 8-9 breakfast, 12-1:30 lunch,8-9:30 dinner..these r the times when body's metabolic rates r high Reduce water intake after 4pm Do not drink cold things
