Please tell a good vegetarians options for weight loss a proper routine . I want some tasty stuff as well as full of nutrition . Any food that i should avoid . Can i drink milk while following diet to lose weight? Does flax and chia seeds also help to reduce weight.

Hi, Your ideal body weight should be 55 kg according to your height. You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which includes fruits, leafy and other vegetables, complex carbohydrates etc. Among protein rich food you can have soyabean, cashew, almond, mixed sprouts, dahi/ yoghurt, milk, paneer etc. Yes you can have milk but it should be double toned. Flaxseeds and chia seeds are good, you can have it, as these contain omega 3 fatty acids and fibre. U can have flax seed and chia seeds for weight loss.But weight loss is a process which should be done under  proper guidance to get a fast reduction and avoid micronutient deficiency in future. It should not make u tired and weak. Basically one should know the exact reason of weight gain,i mean the root cause. Proper portioning and cutting down calories with proper exrcise gives u a better result.
