Following Liquid diet
I am following only liquid diets from the past 4 months.Morning i drink banana milk shake after noon cold coffee and ice cream then night only Bournevitta else milk.No solid foods are taken. To following this menu can i facing any issues in future??My weight is 43 and my age is 22.My friends are daily criticised about my diet.So am requested you to please tell me my menu is good or bad.

This is the wrong way of dieting According Ayurveda Milk + fruit virudha anna slow poison and in future it causes skin diseases and much more Icecream milkshaks are also not good for health so take fruits and milk separatly keep time distance between them

This diet is not good. If you are not having any problem take normal food

This is not the right way of dieting. There will be nutrition deficiency .. Consult an Ayurvedic doctor ....
