Pls advice how to reduce her weight? Because her wet not reducing below 96 kg,any diet chart or exercise?required?

I would like to know about liposuction operation will it be help full to reduce the body weight and I have few questions related to it please let me know your views My age 30 weight 114 height 153 cm 1. Do we have any side effects after this operation. 2. How many days I should be in rest. 3. After this operation can u say we will not gain weight. 4. Important I am a hydrocephalus patient and I was operated 2 times so will this operation suitable for me. 5. Within how many days after liposuction operation I can see the results. 6.I tried all the healthy way to reduce my weight but I was unable to follow it currently so if u can suggest some best way instead of liposuction that is also fine for me.
