Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Recently I tested my vitamin b12 level out of curiosity and I found it to be at 219 which is just above the minimum normal range value. Should I start taking B12 supplements? I am a vegetarian and milk seems to be the only B12 source for me.

Protien intake.

Hi, I am working out in gym from past 3 months and my goal is to get lean body and good stamina. My gym trainer suggest that I need to start regular nutrition and have to start with protein intake. I know that protein intake is essential for people who do workout and I am planning to start with whey protein. Weight problem

I am not even 5ft and my weight is 55. My belly fat has increased since last year. I have more fats in my biceps, thighs and belly fat. My fat isnt equally distributed though. The hips section doesnt have much face. I m trying to have green tea twice or thrice a day. I have night shift and reach home by 1.30am. so couldnt get up early for walk. Although i never use the lift in office and walk in the stairs for 6-7floors everyday. Kindly suggest me a easy way to reduce my belly fat and fat from upper hands n thighs in less time

Weight loss

Generally it is said that one should not drink liquids half an hour or 45 mins before and after food. Including green tea. However , on the other hand some say that it is best to drink hot water or green tea immediately after eating oily or fried or junk food to minimize the bad effect. I am a bit confused pls advise . This in special case when I am trying to loose my weight. Regards
