Undergone surgery for lower back pain. There is no restrictions on diet. However there is restrictions on physical activities. Can do only brisk walk for few minutes. Want to control the weight gain as I have noticed that I have gain few weights in the past few months as I don't have any physical activities. Please suggest me proper diet and suggestion.

Leg pain after Running
Hey Doc,
I go for jogging say about 5-6 KMS at a time. When I do it for 2-3 days and take a break of 3 days, I am absolutely fine. But when I go for 4-5 days continuously I can feel pain in my lower legs, i.e. the area between knee and ankle. Calfs are fine, no prb with them. Pls suggest wht could b the reason behind.
